Surah Waqiah for Rizq

Surah Al-Waqiah, also known as “The Event,” is the 56th chapter of the Quran. It is considered a powerful surah for increasing one’s rizq, sustenance, and wealth. Many Muslims recite this surah regularly for this purpose.

Surah Waqiah Ayat 4

“And He is the one who sends down rain from the sky, and We produce thereby the growth of all things. We produce from it greenery from which We produce grains arranged in layers. And from the palm trees – of its emerging fruit are clusters hanging low. And [We produce] gardens of grapevines and olives and pomegranates, similar yet varied. Look at [each of] its fruit when it yields and [at] its ripening. Indeed in that are signs for a people who believe.”

Surah Waqiah Ayat 22

“And whoever fears Allah – He will make for him a way out.”

Surah WaqiahAyat 82

“And Allah presents an example: a city which was safe and secure, its provision coming to it in abundance from every location, but it denied the favors of Allah . So Allah made it taste the envelopment of hunger and fear for what they had been doing.”

By reciting Surah Al-Waqiah, one can gain blessings, protection, and guidance from Allah in increasing their sustenance and wealth. It is also a reminder that everything comes from Allah, and one should always be grateful for the blessings received and be mindful of how one uses them.

However, it is important to note that such claims are not based on any explicit teachings or guarantees found in Islamic scripture or authentic traditions (Hadith).

The concept of “Rizq” in Islam refers to sustenance, provisions, and blessings that Allah provides to His creation. The Quran addresses the topic of Rizq extensively, emphasizing the belief that all provision comes from Allah and encouraging believers to have trust in His divine wisdom.
